for instance, build a renegade skatepark. 20 bags of concrete, two shovels, two hand trowels, two flat mags, and 10 gallons of water is less than a hundred bucks. there you have the first obstacle. once it is there people start donating and there will be more shit to ride without it coming out of your pocket. smarten up.
